Blacktown City Council

Blacktown City Council  will manage a range of new facilities at BEST including a new rectangular synthetic pitch, physical literacy area for young people, aquatic recovery facility, auditorium, and a strength and conditioning gym.  These facilities will compliment the expertise and services of our partners within BEST, whilst enhancing the amenity to existing user groups at the Sports Park.
